Obituary of Truman Glenn Good

Spencer, TN- Truman Glenn Good, age 80, passed from this life on February 28, 2023, at Life Care Center of Sparta from an extended illness. He was born to the late Jacob and Ada Christofhel Good on May 14, 1942. Mr. Good was a resident of the Piney community of Van Buren County, and a member of Laurel Creek Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents Mr. Good was preceded in death by his brothers, Maynard Good and Willard Good.

Truman is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Beverly Williams Good, sons; Glenn (Stefanie) Good, Trevor (Alison) Good, daughters; Michelle (Garrett) Maddox, Audrey (Benjamin) Phillips, sisters; Doris (Kenneth) Shoemaker, Melba Miller, grandchildren; Martha Good, Harris Good, Graham Good, Zoe Good, Trina Good, Eliza Good, Damian Good, Tessa Good, Sophia Good, Grayson Maddox, Tanner Maddox, Ella Phillips, and Huck Phillips, sister-in-law; Ruth Ann Good. A large extended family also survives.

Per his wishes Mr. Good will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at Laurel Creek Baptist Church on Saturday March 11, 2023, at 11:00am.
