Obituary of Hazel Alberta Howard
Spencer- Mrs. Hazel Alberta Howard, age 98, of Spencer passed away peacefully at her home Thursday February 15, 2018 surrounded by family. She was born March 26, 1919 to Herbert Clendenon and Etta Bouldin Clendenon who preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and member of Piney church of Christ.
Alberta is survived by sons, Thomas Howard, Terry (Shanon) Howard, and Joe Howard; Daughter Kathy (Junior) Hale; grandchildren, Jason Hale, Angela Butcher, Julie Dodson, Jody Howard, and Alli Howard; four great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Eli Howard; son, Larry Howard and special brother and sister-in-law J.H. and Kathleen Christian.
There will be a graveside service, Friday, February 16, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Seitz Cemetery with Royce Farris and R.C. Christian officiating.
Layne Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of the arrangements.
