Ken McGuire was a very good friend to me and my entire family. He helped me with getting my driveway repaired, he made quality furniture for my cabin, and I learned a lot from him about the animals in the woods in our remote location. While we are away from our Tennessee home, Ken always checked on our property to clear trees that may have fallen on our driveway and/or to make sure we had no trespassers. I could tell that he loved the land almost as much as he loved his family. I always went to him for advice on projects that I attempted to do alone and I found that he was a very intelligent man. Ken was also a very kind person who would help anyone that might be having a problem. I found him to be a very strong person as I tried to keep up with him climbing around on my property to show me the boundaries. I actually had to run to keep up with him and when we were done, I was worn out. Ken was ready to go back to work in his wood shop. We all thought the world of Ken and I was proud to have him as my friend. Our prayers are with Ken and his family.
