Obituary of Barnese Walker

Spencer – Ms. Barnese Walker, 86, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at the NHC Nursing Home in Sparta. She was born in Van Buren County on June 19, 1930 to Roy Brintz and Gertie Medley Walker who preceded her in death along with her brothers, Hoyt Jr. and I.C. Walker. She is survived by her sons, James Walker, Spencer, Earl (Opal) Walker, Spencer and Marty Walker, Sparta; daughters, Margie (Roger) Walker, Spencer, Sue (Robert) Crawford, Sparta; grandchildren, Joe, Jared, Kim, Quintion, Josh and Linda. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday in the Layne Funeral Home Chapel with Ministers, Doug Hensley and Joe Walker officiating with burial to follow in the Spencer Town Cemetery.
