Obituary of Ronnie Bryant

Spencer – Mr. Ronnie Bryant Jr., 36, of the Welchland Community, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016, at his home with his family at his bedside. He was born in Richmond, Virginia on July 12, 1979. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Bryant; maternal grandparents, Jack and Ann Martin; grandfather, Roy Bryant; nephew, Kayden Scarbrough. Ronnie was a graduate of Bledsoe County High School and had worked at Long Branch Lakes. He enjoyed rabbit hunting, fishing and digging ginseng. He is survived by his daughter, Taebia Bryant; mother and step-father, Kathy and Randal Mealer; sister, Tina and Dean Scarbrough; brothers, Thomas and Delina Colvard, Adam Kilgore all of Spencer; two nephews, Kaston Scarbrough and Ryder Colvard; niece, MaKenna Colvard; grandmother, Venus Bryant; step-grandmother, Dorris Mealer; special friend, Ila Smith; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Monday in the funeral home chapel with Minister Andy Smith officiating with burial to follow in the Shockley Cemetery.
