ALTAMONT - Helen G. Mathis-Fowler, 73 died Sunday April 18, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mae Campbell; daughter, Patricia Ann Ballou; brother, Carl Campbell. She is survived by her husband, Billy J. Fowler; daughters, Rosemary Fowler and Kimberly Basham; sisters, Linda Johnson, Rhonda Choate and Melba Campbell; brothers, T.L., Danny, Tony and William Campbell; grandchildren, Joseph Ballou, Geneva Fowler Mills, Billy Miller Jr. and Michael Aaron Jennings; great grandchildren, Trevor Fowler, Bethany and Kaleb Mills and Joey Ballou; great great granddaughter, Isabella DaBolt; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with burial to follow in the New Haven Cemetery at Ridgely, Tennessee. Visitation 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home, Altamont, Tennessee and 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Ridgely Chapel in Dyersburg, Tennessee
