Obituary of Katrina Muscarnero

Spencer, TN-Katrina Fay Pursell Muscarnero, age 64, passed away Tuesday August 15, 2023 at her home, in the Mooneyham-Lonewood Community, from an extended illness.  Katrina was born in LaGrange, Georgia on October 10, 1958 to the late Marvin Farrell and Florene Smith Pursell.  She was retired from State of Tennessee Department of Human Services and was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by, brother; Ricky Thrower, sister; Debbie Pursell Ingram.

Katrina is survived by her loving family, husband; Joseph Muscarnero, son; Daniel (Ashley) Henry, daughters; Dana Keener and Amy (Wayne) Harvey, sister; Tara (Randal) Kirk, brother; David Thrower, grandchildren; Kody Slaton, Eli Keener, Edyn Keener, Carter Henry, Madelyn Henry and Cooper Harvey, great-grandchild; Jacelyn Slaton.  A large extended family also survives.

A memorial service will be held Friday August 18, 2023 at 4:00pm in the Layne Chapel with Bro. Darrell Nance officiating.  Visitation with the family will be Friday 2:00pm till time of service at 4:00pm.
