Obituary of Holly McKinney

Spencer, TN-Holly Victoria McKinney, age 40, passed away Monday July 17, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Holly was born on April 12,1983 to Douglas and Tammy Cope Sullivan.  Holly was an LPN and worked at Generations of Spencer, loved her family and was of the Christian faith.

Holly fought a long hard battle with cancer and was supported by her loving family and friends throughout that long battle.

She was preceded in death by, paternal grandparents; Thelma and Johnny Sullivan, maternal grandparents; Charles and Willie Mae Cope.

Holly is survived by husband; Robert J. McKinney, parents; Doug and Tammy Sullivan, sons; Austin (Zachary Coleman) McKinney, Ryan (Brittany) McKinney, T.J. Sullivan, daughters; Amberlyn Sullivan and Madison Sullivan, grandchildren; Waylon McKinney and one on the way, sisters; Corie Sullivan and Susie McKinney, in-laws;Keith and Shirley McKinney.  Many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family also survive.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday July 19, 2023 at 2:00pm in the Layne Chapel with Bro. Wayne Sullivan officiating.  Visitation will be held Wednesday 12 noon till time of service at 2:00pm.  Holly will be cremated after the service.
