Obituary of Timothy Anthony Melton, Sr.

Spencer, TN- Mr. Timothy Anthony Melton, Sr.  passed away Monday February 20, 2023, at St. Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta, Tn. Timothy was born on January 11, 1973 to the late Alton Melton and Barbara Simmons Melton who survives. He served in the United States Navy during the Gulf War and worked at Acument Global in Spencer, Tn. He attended the Baptist Church.

Timothy is survived by his loving family, wife; Anita Melton, mother; Barbara Melton, sons; Timothy Anthony Melton Jr., Daniel Melton, Joseph Melton, William Myers, Donnie (Jessie) Simmons and Nathaniel Myers, daughter; Alexis Melton, brothers; Tony Melton, Terry (Julie) Melton, grandchildren; Bryson Myers, Madelyn Myers, Donnie Simmons IV, Kya Myers. A large extended family also survives.

Per Timothy’s wishes he will be cremated and a graveside service will be held Thursday March 2, 2023 at 2:00pm, with Bro. Haskell Myers officiating, at Spencer Town Cemetery.
