Obituary of Charles Lindel Bouldin
Spencer, TN-Mr. Charles Lindel Bouldin, age 71, passed away Wednesday May 12, 2021 at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, GA from an extended illness. He was born July 4, 1949 in Spencer, TN to the late Ivory and Juanita Dodson Bouldin. He was a Plant Manager in the Carpet Industry, loved hunting, fishing, the outdoors and football. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by brothers; R. J., Irving, and Tom Bouldin, sister; Carolyn Bouldin.
Charles is survived by wife; Hilda McClure Bouldin, sons; Chris (Tammi) Bouldin of Ringgold, GA, Kenneth Bouldin of Dalton, GA, Adam (Jessica) Cope of Smithville, TN, Robert (Jocelyn) McClure of Dalton, GA, daughter; Misty (Ronald Roach) Bouldin of Ringgold, GA, Sharah (Mike) Perry of Dalton, GA, brother; Steve Bouldin of Memphis, TN, grandchildren; Kristi Leonard, Kristopher Bouldin, Brienna Kroner, Maisie, Lindsey, Charity, Pearl Bouldin, Trey, Shelby and Natiera Roach, Hunter and Jaycee Cope, Reagan McClure and Landen Talley, Blake and Mile Perry, great-grandchildren; Neveah, Bentley, Cameron and Alistar.
Funeral services will be held Saturday May 15, 2021 at 3:00pm in the Layne Chapel with Bro. Larry Bouldin officiating. Burial will follow in the Shockley Cemetery. Saturday visitation times are 10:00am (central) to time of service at 3:00pm (central) at Layne funeral home Spencer, TN.
Friday May 14th visitation will be at Ponders Funeral Home 138 Melrose Dr SE Dalton, GA, 5:00pm (eastern) to 9:00pm.
