Obituary of Tasha DeLynn Ballew Nolt

Spencer, TN-Tasha DeLynn Ballew Nolt, age 33, passed away Monday March 15, 2021 from a sudden illness.  Tasha was born in Nashville on October 28, 1987 to Kevin and Melissa Carter Ballew of Spencer, TN.  She was an Education Assistant with the Van Buren County School System and a former coach. She was a faithful member of Spencer Church of Christ, an avid baker and enjoyed horses.

Tasha was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather; Edward Carter and paternal grandfather; Bobby Ballew and father-in-law; Robert Nolt.

In addition to her parents, Tasha is survived by her loving husband; Ben Nolt and son; Braxton Nolt, both of Spencer, brother; Shane (Haidee) Ballew of Spencer, sister; Kendra (Brandon Dearth) Ballew of Spencer, paternal grandmother; Deborah Ballew of Bone Cave, maternal grandmother; Elva Jean (James Evans) Carter of Spencer, uncles; Matthew Ballew of Bone Cave and Eddie (Jamie) Carter of Spencer, nephews; Forrest Ballew and Ayden Martin both of Spencer, mother-in-law; Toni Nolt of Sparta, sister-in-law; Elizabeth Miller of Sparta.

Funeral services will be held Friday March 19, 2021 at 2:00pm in the Layne Chapel with Bro. R.C. Christian officiating. Burial will follow in the Shockley Cemetery. Visitation times are Thursday 4:00pm to 9:00pm and Friday 10:00am till time of service at 2:00pm.
