I first met Nadine in High School. I was in the class of '84 and she in the class of '86. Though there was just 2 years difference between us I was not close to her at the time. It was later in life when we both worked for Townsend Textron that we rekindled our friendship and I got to know this sweet, loving woman. Her smile and her laughter was infectious. If she ever had any burdens she kept them to herself and went about bringing joy to all who knew her. Time passed and we went our separate ways once more. Occasionally we would see each other at the Dollar General or Walmart or at a market and we would talk. She was so easy to talk to and she was always smiling. We continued our relationship through the local media Facebook and talked through messages. When her mother passed away, whom she called "little mama", she was more distraught than I ever knew. Later she started questioning her beliefs and worried about not making it to Heaven to be reunited with her sweet mama. I knew she had some difficult times but I never judged her for that. We all make mistakes and we all eventually pay for them. She decided it was time to "get her life straight" as she said to me. She talked about reading the bible and was getting more and more curious every day. On the morning of the day she died she sent me a message through Facebook asking me to help her understand a passage she had read in Ezekiel. It was a difficult scripture and I', afraid I was of little help. However, I did suggest she concentrated her studies on the New Testament for in these scriptures I could help and only through these scriptures could she find the answers she sought. The Old Testament is wonderful to study and there are some interesting stories of faith and love in these scriptures, but I felt since she was struggling with her faith she should try to read more New Testament scriptures. She thanked me for the advice and then said she would be leaving soon for a bible study. That was the last we ever spoke. I was devastated., as everyone was, to hear the news of her passing. I will never forget Nadine. She was an inspiration, a kind soul, a spiritual woman, and always smiling. I know this ... in Paradise there loved ones waiting for all of us. I hope someday to see Nadine there. She was loved by me and by many, many others. To all her friends and family I have just one thought for you to consider. Nadine Frasier is waiting now for you to come to her since she can no longer come to you. I pray that we are all prepared for that day because we will never know when that day will come. Nadine didn't know that morning she would be leaving us, but she was already making preparations for her departure. We must do the same. God bless you all in this time of mourning and may the opeace of God envelope you during this stressful time. Goodbye Nadine. Until we meet again.

Nadine is so much more than a friend to me She is my big sister She is Auntie Nadine to my kids. Anytime I ever needed her all I had to do was call or stop in We could talk to each other about anything. We have laughed as well as cried together. So many memories that I don't know where to start. I honestly don't know what I am going to do without her. But I am going to do my best to live each day with my goal to happy & make others happy As I am going to coach my kids to do the same Just as she lived her life. I love you Sissy so very much Miss you terribly already Until we meet again fly high with your beautiful wings You deserve them

Nadine, you always made me smile with you sweetness and love for everyone. I will always remember the wonderful late night phone chats we had when our children were young and we had them in bed finally. I know Heaven has another beautiful angel since you arrived. Will miss and love you always.
