Spencer, TN-Mr. Stephen Charles Biller, 54, of Spencer passed away Tuesday May 19, 2020. He was born, in Clearwater, FL, on November 24, 1965 to the late Harry and Mary Parrish Biller. He was a self-employed mechanic.
He is survived by his sister; Patricia Caley of Clearwater, FL, companion; Teresa Bowden of Spencer, stepdaughter; Shannon Biller of Hinesville, GA.
Stephen chose cremation as his final disposition and there are no services scheduled.
