Spencer, TN- Mr. Dean J. Bent, 58, passed away Monday April 20, 2020 at his residence in the Fall Creek Falls Community of Van Buren County. Dean was born October 22, 1961, in Albany, NY to the late Delbert and Anita Dodge Bent. He was an IT Manager for Lockheed-Martin/ Kennedy Space Center in Florida. He was of the Catholic faith.
Dean enjoyed life with his family and friends. He was a loving and loyal husband, father and wonderful loving “Pop Pop” to his grandchildren. His calling was always riding but he was able to balance family and fun so perfectly. Dean was a proud and true man and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife; Diane Newman Bent, son; Dean (Lauren) Bent II, daughters; Amber (Nestor) Diaz, Danielle (Hunter) Wynn and Kristy (Cody) McCoy, brother; Sean Bent, sisters; Dona lee (James) Redden, Diane (Joe) DeSeve and grandchildren; Caiden and Adalyn Diaz, Leanne, Wyatt and Cheyenne McCoy and Emory Wynn.
Dean chose cremation as his final disposition and his ashes are to be scattered through his favorite place Monument Valley, Arizona. His Memorial will be held at Foxhead Lounge in Osteen Florida, date TBD.
