Obituary of Lila Patricia Mills

Spencer, TN-Mrs. Lila Patricia “Pat” Mills, 67, passed away Thursday December 26, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Hospital. Pat was born on March 18, 1952, in Pikeville, to the Late Harold Kenneth and Glenna Ray Bilbrey Kilgore. Pat worked for many years at Oster Products in McMinnville, was a member of Van Buren County High School Class of 1971 and volunteered for many associations and activities in Van Buren County. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 48 years; Sammy G. Mills, sons; Stacy (Crystal) Mills of Spencer and Cody (Morgan) Mills of Spencer, sisters; Stella J (Cliff) Hale of Spencer and Annette Kilgore of Spencer, brothers; Ernest Roy and Dennis Earl Kilgore both of Crossville, grandchildren; Caden Reed and Cara Renn Mills, Jack Tucker and Saylor Grace Mills. Several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends also survive. Funeral Services will be held Sunday December 29, 2019 at 2:00pm in the Layne Chapel with Bro. Wayne Sullivan officiating. Visitation will be Saturday the 28th from 4:00pm to 9:00pm and Sunday from 9:00am till time of service at 2:00pm. Burial will follow in the Spencer Town Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to the Spencer Town Cemetery Trust Fund.
