Obituary of Howell Spencer Argo

Spencer, TN:  Mr. Howell Spencer Argo, 93, passed from this life Saturday July 14, 2018.  Mr. Argo was a lifelong resident of Van Buren County, Sawmill Worker and Dairy Farmer.  He was preceded in death by his Parents; Hirman T. and Orphi Maynard Argo, Daughters; Paulette and Mary Argo, Brothers; Thomas, Hiram T. and Murphy Argo, Sister; Bonnie Phillips.

He is survived by his wife Elma Jean Wheeler Argo of Spencer, Son; Tony (Donna K.) Argo of Manchester, Daughters; Tommy Dunaway of Murfreesboro, Annette (Jackie) Corvin of Spencer, Brother; Wayford Argo of Spencer, ten Grandchildren and several Great-Grandchildren, several Great-Great Grandchildren and a Great-Great-Great Grandchild survive along with a large extended family.

Funeral services will be 10:00AM Monday July 16, 2018 at the Layne Chapel with Bro. Gene Brock officiating with burial to follow in the Walling Cemetery.  Visitation will be Sunday July 15, 2018 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
